For keeping stress at bay and to enable the students to tolerate the potential stress associated with life and to keep the young minds at peace and to facilitate the recognition and realization of the self, the college maintains a Yoga Club. The club organizes yoga sessions for all the students and faculty members for their spiritual rejuvenation and inspired living which helps them to maintain harmony of body and spirit. It also increases attention span, improves memory and sharpens the focus of the students. It is also prolific for stress reduction, and emotional wellness. A core group of students work with enthusiasm to work for the development and spread of yoga and its benefits.
